With the development of society,Information Technology and the development of Internet,all kinds of industries,governments and companies are making great efforts to transform themselves into digital ones,and the financial industry is no exception,as an important part of the financial industry,the banking industry is paying more and more attention to the digital transformation.Since 2019,digital transformation has become a hot topic in banking industry.Since the outbreak of covid-19,more and more customers have become accustomed and familiar with online financial services.Following this,the popularity of digital transformation,transformation and upgrading,digital finance,digital governance,paperless and other terms has soared,often in the public eye.During the three years of covid-19 prevention and control,the digital transformation of banks has gradually developed from theoretical basis to practical application,from single system to systematic linkage system,from small-scale testing to large-scale promotion,it is also in this step-by-step development process,the banking industry gradually realize their own digital transformation.This paper takes S Bank as the research object,and takes the digital transformation strategy as the key research goal.First of all,we use SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of S Bank’s digital transformation,and analyze the strategy through SWOT matrix.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of S Bank’s retail business development in detail,compares the digital development of retail business of other commercial banks,and combs out the existing problems in the process of S Bank’s development,including talent shortage,manual workload,poor data quality,data authority is insufficient,mechanism is not perfect,business mobility demands to a certain extent,it restricts the depth and breadth of the digital development of S Bank’s retail business.Again,by analyzing the problem in detail and combining the SWOT matrix,this paper puts forward the corresponding digital transformation strategy from six aspects of product digitization,online operation,digital operation,intelligent marketing platform,digital wind control and digital leadership.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures from four aspects: increasing the input of Science and Technology,constructing the agile organization,introducing the OKR examination mechanism,and increasing the strength of training the digital talents,ensure that S Bank’s digital transformation strategy is progressing steadily.
