Research On Communication Management Improvement Of Intelligent Voice Chip Project Of H Company

With the advent of the Io T era and the rapid development of artificial intelligence,Io T devices are becoming more intelligent.While Io T devices are becoming more and more intelligent,the power consumption of the devices is also rising sharply.In order to solve the power consumption problem of intelligent devices,a boom in the development of ASIC chips dedicated to low-power artificial intelligence has been set off.The development of artificial intelligence chips is always based on purchasing IP plus self-developed IP.When purchasing IP,it is necessary to communicate with IP suppliers in terms of price and technology.Selfdeveloped IP requires close communication and cooperation among software,hardware,and algorithms.H Company launched an intelligent voice chip Research and Development(R&D)project in 2020,but encountered many problems during the development process,resulting in a significant delay in the project.To explore and solve the problems in the intelligent voice chip R&D project,this article analyzes project management from the perspective of communication management.Firstly,it explains H Company’s development history and development strategy,and describes the background of the intelligent voice chip project.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of internal and external communication in the project and analyzes the existing problems.Thirdly,according to the project management process,it analyzes the communication management problems in each stage of project initiation,project planning,and project implementation,and analyzes the communication problems caused by organizational structure,group culture and value differences.Finally,an improvement plan is designed for the communication management problems at each stage of the project,and improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of project organization structure,communication form,and communication strategy selection.At the same time,to ensure the successful implementation of the improvement plan,safeguard measures are proposed in terms of organizational structure,human resources,and funds.The following conclusions are drawn from this research.First,the research and development of intelligent voice chips has great uncertainty,such as demand changes,additions,or reductions occur in the project.Accurately identifying stakeholders and establishing demand communication plans can help companies reduce project development risks through timely demand communication.Second,the intelligent voice chip project is an interdisciplinary team composed of project managers,product managers,software and hardware developers,etc.Their knowledge structures are very different.We can eliminate communication barriers among team members by knowledge sharing and unifying the communication language.Third,information transparency and unimpeded upward channels can enhance mutual trust among R&D personnel,form a good communication atmosphere,and promote communication among members.Fourth,the key to intelligent voice chip project development is R&D personnel,but they do not attach importance to or are not good at communication.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen communication management monitoring to ensure the smooth implementation of communication management plans and processes.Finally,intelligent voice chip project has a large investment and a long development cycle.Selecting and cultivating professional project managers and ensuring project managers’ rights in the organizational structure are the key to successful project communication management.Through the research,by improving the communication management efficiency of the intelligent voice chip project and improving the team communication atmosphere,the efficiency of project development can be improved and ensuring the correct implementation of the project.Reducing the R&D cost is of great significance to H Company to enhance its product competitiveness.The research results mentioned above improve the communication management level of the intelligent voice chip project and help H Company’s management recognize the importance of communication management in project management.At the same time,the research results can help other similar R&D enterprises identify and solve communication barriers in cross-departmental and interdisciplinary communication in projects,help enterprises recognize the importance of information transparency and unimpeded upward channels for trust and unity within the R&D team,and help those enterprises with limited funds and lack of project management experience fully recognize that doing a good job in communication management can better deal with the uncertainty of R&D projects,reduce the risk of project failure,and improve the success rate of projects.For enterprises with sufficient funds,they can also learn from the communication management improvement methods to improve their own project communication management level and reduce their R&D costs.
