Research On The Suitability Of Tourism Development In Guazhou County Based On GIS Spatial Analysis

Under the constraints of the national policy of "ecological priority and environmental protection",the balance between rapid economic development and ecological protection has become a common topic of concern at home and abroad,and the development of county tourism,as the most potential segment in the national tourism development pattern in the post-epidemic era,is urgent.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation model for the suitability of county tourism development,and to conduct empirical research.Guazhou is rich in tourism resources,and tourism can be an important support for regional economic development,but its actual development is not satisfactory,and there are still many problems in tourism development.In this study,through literature reading method and frequency analysis method,based on sustainable development theory,18 evaluation indexes from three dimensions of natural environmental conditions,socio-economic conditions and tourism resources conditions establish the county tourism development suitability evaluation index system,and use expert scoring method and hierarchical analysis method to construct evaluation model,determine index weights,and with the powerful spatial analysis function and perfect visualization expression of GIS,the surface analysis,nuclear density analysis,neighborhood analysis,conversion analysis,reclassification,map algebra and other processing of the index factors,taking Guazhou County as the object of empirical research,scientifically evaluating the suitability index of tourism development in Guazhou County,quantitatively revealing its spatial distribution,and exploring the mode of tourism development in Guazhou County under the guidance of the suitability results to provide guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism in Guazhou County.The main research findings are as follows:(1)The suitability evaluation system for county-level tourism development includes 18 evaluation indicators from three dimensions: natural environmental conditions,socio-economic conditions,and tourism resource conditions.Among them,"tourism resource conditions" have the highest impact on the system;The weight of indicators such as "tourism resource density","tourism supporting facilities","vegetation coverage",and "transportation accessibility" in each evaluation index is significantly higher than other indicators,indicating that they have a significant impact on county tourism development and are factors that need to be taken seriously in county tourism development.(2)The comprehensive suitability index of tourism development in Guazhou County ranges from 36.4145-82.5816,and the suitability of development has strong regional differences,including: highly suitable areas are mainly distributed in Suoyangcheng town,Yuanquan town,which are the key to create the area of Guazhou County tourism development;low suitable areas,that is,tourism development is not recommended areas,mainly distributed in Yaozhanzi Dongxiang Ethnic Town,Hedong Town,Qidun Hui Dongxiang Ethnic Township,Shahe Hui Township,and Guazhou Town;The remaining eight townships are moderately suitable areas.(3)Based on the suitability evaluation results,the tourism development mode of Guazhou County is divided into three categories: "leading scenic spot driven","city-wide radiation" and "general guided development".
