| As a key area of Jiuquan City in Gansu Province, immigrant Guazhou County is a typical agricultural county as well. In this paper, the historical causes of immigration including geographical environment, positive and negative impacts of domestic and foreign ecological migration has been systematically summarized. And agricultural extension, agricultural knowledge, training and other aspects of information have been investigated and analyzed furthermore. Based on Guazhou County farm industry development status and characteristics of migrant rural agricultural industry constraints, advice and countermeasures on how to improve the immigration rural agricultural industry development have been put forward. The main results were as follows:1) It was found that immigration gradually increased the gap between immigrant and non-immigrant towns. In 2009, net income per capita of non-immigrant towns was 6339 yuan, while the per capita income of immigrant township was only 727 yuan, which is 8.72 times than that of later. In 2011, net income of farmers in non-immigrant town was 11,828 yuan per capita, while income of farmers in immigrants township was 5380 yuan per capita, much lower than that of non-immigrant town. The proportion of crop output decreased, the proportion of characteristic agriculture industry increased. With economic development, quality control and arable land transfer and other factors that lead to migration towns for growing food, fuel, and other conventional agricultural production area is shrinking, the proportion of high-efficiency agriculture melon, Chinese wolfberry, licorice, agricultural facilities, such as planting rising. In 2014, grain crops output value was 148,827,700 yuan. In 2015, grain output was 83.3801 million yuan, which grew 11.41% compared to 2014. Grain output value in 2015 reduced 65,447,600 yuan, but other planting industry output value increased 209.4467 million yuan.2) The analysis showed that low level of agricultural mechanization, natural disaster prevention consciousness etc limited the agricultural development of immigrant Guazhou County. To raise the level of agricultural mechanization, Government’s preferential agricultural subsidies and state purchase of agricultural subsidies the migrants themselves. However, compared to non-immigrant towns, cultural quality is not high led to lower levels of mechanization in immigration townships. Only six village stockade established agricultural station, while the other five rural migrants is not fully developed. Therefore, the level of mechanization of agricultural land is a limiting factor in agricultural income and high-yield, low-level agricultural economy, agriculture has also led to natural disaster preparedness and response ability, and even lead to the farmers then no source of income. As the four leading industries, livestock development in Guazhou county showed slow growth rate compared to honeydew melons, fruits and vegetables, herbs(wolfberry, safflower, etc.). Because of low income, limited government investment, complex rural layout, chaotic phenomenon, it is hard to form the industrialization and do business with each other on agricultural and livestock market.3) The existing institutions and mechanisms of economic development has been deep seated changes, so the basic realization of the transformation of economic development mode, optimizing the quality and efficiency of economic development is necessary. With the renovation of rural migrants and government support, it would gradually form by way of management of modern industrial scale organized to carry out agricultural production and management, accelerate the transformation of leapfrog development of the rural economy, and promote the industrialization of agriculture economy of farmers’ income. |
