Since the reform and opening up of 1970s, China's ties with the outside world gradually strengthened, economic growth became more an more fast, the power of the nation keeps growing, especially after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), China's economic growth rate further upgraded, the link with other countries have become more close, we can say that China's economy has basically integrated into the world economy as a whole. In the meantime, Chinese enterprises have begun the journey of internationalization. A group of companies involved in the international competition through a variety of different ways, the outcome is the enterprises expand the. impact of themselves and the country's image in the international community. However, studies have shown that, there exists a certain degree of confusion and mixed results in specific ways and path of internationalization process of selection of China's enterprises. Therefore, to provide a path of new ideas and options has a realistic meaning to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, this is also the focus of this paper. In this paper, we first analyzed the realistic background, theoretical background, motivation, conditions, and the path of Chinese enterprises internationalization, and then we compared the internationalization of business development model of the traditional developed countries and the internationalization development model of Japanese companies, and by choosing different companies from same industry, we made a case study, the conclusion is the current path of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is confused. Confusion is mainly due to these international economists who built current mainstream theories of internationalization were largely came from the developed countries, their ideas are serving for the multinational companies from the developed countries. Because the China's enterprises are facing a different background, these theories are limited in guiding them. So if we want to find a new way, we will need a further analysis of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises path model and the main issues currently facing. After the combing of the relevant theories and experiences, the next chapter we analyzed internationalization path selection model of the enterprises for the first, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises path mainly involved two kind of ways, inward and outward-looking. And then we analyzed the main problems of Chinese enterprises in internationalization, including the changes of the macroeconomic environment, the continued deterioration of terms of trade and comparative advantage of traps and so on. And the conclusion is:the mainstream theories'misleading is just external factors, the lack of international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is the internal factor of above problems, in order to solve these problem we must start from here. After summing up the crux of the problem, this paper goes on to suggest a way in which we can in accordance with the industry chain "6+1" model and combining with industrial upgrading, and use the influence factors and induction coefficient of input-output model, to make the guide for the enterprise internationalization. These two coefficients for the enterprise internationalization can provide a new idea in the case of most enterprises in China can only make a small profit in the production and manufacture, how the enterprises to balance corporate profits at the same time, and also gradually make the upstream or downstream industrial chain expansion to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, we make a number of recommendations to the government for internationalization of the industry and industrial support policies, in order to improve the international competitiveness and development capabilities of Chinese enterprises; In the mean time, in light of China's large enterprises and SMEs, though facing with a different real situation, we also provided a different development ideas.
