The Interaction Mechanism Between Enterprise Internationalizationand Domestic Market Under The New Development Pattern

The dual cycle new development pattern provides new development ideas for Chinese enterprises to find new opportunities in crisis and open up new opportunities through changes.With the outbreak of the COVID-19,China’s medical device enterprises are facing a major turning point.How to grasp the opportunity under the guidance of the logic of the double cycle,make full use of the two markets and resources at home and abroad,help medical device enterprises to achieve the global value chain climb and obtain sustainable development capabilities.This article uses a dual case study of medical device enterprises to interpret the internal mechanism of the dual cycle at the micro enterprise level,and explores the interactive relationship between enterprise internationalization and the domestic market from the perspective of enterprise network theory.The study explored the evolution types of domestic and foreign two-way operations of enterprises in different periods.It was found that: firstly,under the institutional empowerment,factor empowerment,and market empowerment of the domestic market,connected by the enterprise relationship network,the domestic market and enterprise internationalization respectively achieve two-way joint assistance,two-way integration assistance,and two-way aggregation assistance to help enterprises achieve a global value chain leap and enhance brand core competitiveness,Forming an interactive mechanism of external promotion and internal promotion;Secondly,under the empowerment of enterprise internationalization,enterprises can achieve technological innovation and upgrading in network relationships,enhance the competitive advantage and international recognition of China’s medical device brands,promote the prosperity and development of China’s medical device industry,and form an interactive mechanism of external promotion and internal promotion.This study provides a micro foundation for the study of the new development pattern,and further validates the practical value of the dual cycle new development pattern.It also provides reference for the internationalization of Chinese medical device enterprises and has practical significance for achieving high-quality development of Chinese medical device enterprises.
