| The Chinese office furniture market is rapidly developing with the help of the new trend of digitalization,which has also brought increasingly fierce competition.The COVID19 has brought a huge blow to the marketing of office furniture enterprises.The offline channels of KX Company have been blocked,the sales performance of enterprises has continued to decline,and the drawbacks of traditional marketing methods have become prominent.KX Company has realized the urgency and urgency of carrying out digital marketing.However,there are many problems in the existing digital marketing process,and the development speed is slow.Based on the above reasons,KX Company hopes to complete the transformation of digital marketing as soon as possible.This thesis takes the 7Ps marketing theory as the framework and Foshan KX Office Furniture Company as the research object to conduct a research on digital marketing transformation strategies.Firstly,analyze the current situation of digital marketing of office furniture in KX Company,and identify the existing problems of the enterprise;Then,a questionnaire survey was used to analyze customer purchasing behavior preferences,and in-depth analysis was conducted on the existing problems;Then,using the PEST model from the perspective of macro environment and the Five Forces model from the perspective of industry environment;Finally,based on the current situation,research and analysis,as well as internal and external comprehensive environmental analysis,combined with the 7Ps theory,the digital marketing strategy of KX Company is proposed.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the digital marketing strategy of KX Company,this paper proposes the implementation steps of the digital marketing strategy,analyzes the key points and difficulties of implementation,and proposes corresponding safeguard measures.This thesis can not only provide practical digital marketing strategies for KX Company,but also provide certain reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry and traditional enterprises with similar situations. |
