With the social and economic development, people have a growing consumer demand for office furniture, consumer ideas constantly updated.Marketing of office furniture has also become the focus of attention. In Western countries, marketing and marketing channel research of office furniture in theory and practice have been more mature. Prior to the economic crisis, woodwork industry reform, insurance of office furniture system reform, office furniture classification management, and e-commerce and vigorous development of office furniture engineering and other new situation, China's office furniture market, the old marketing concept, channel methods and management tools have been difficult to adapt to market competition. China's current marketing channels and marketing enterprises of office furniture are facing new challenges and opportunities.In this paper, afar from Guo Lin SUNON Office Systems Co., Ltd as a case study of a micro-level marketing strategy of industry of office furniture, combing the relevant theories of marketing management, marketing strategy to build a industry research theoretical framework that outlines the development of China's office furniture industry status and trends in the use of PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis methods, a detailed analysis of the company's internal and external environment, and the integrated use of 4P and 4C strategy development and corporate marketing mix strategy adapted to the concept of doing 4C guidance in the implementation of the program, in order to 4P Marketing portfolio strategy is based on adjustments.
