Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Product Quality And Safety Supervision In Zhoukou City

With the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society in China,the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas has significantly improved,and the supply-demand relationship of agricultural products has undergone significant changes.The quantity of agricultural products has basically met the needs of the people,and people’s demand for the quality of agricultural products has become more urgent.Currently,there are more and more agricultural inputs,and the quality and safety situation of agricultural products remains severe,causing increasing regulatory pressure.Every agricultural product quality and safety incident has caused huge losses to the health of the people,and also weakened their trust in the government.How to ensure that the people have access to safe and reliable agricultural products has become a major issue that the government should pay attention to.However,compared to developed countries in the world economy,there are still many areas where we urgently need to improve in the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.This requires us to carefully summarize the problems in the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety,analyze the deep-seated reasons for these problems,and then propose specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve these problems,in order to ensure the quality,safety,and reliability of agricultural products.This article takes Zhoukou City as the research object,using public product theory,information asymmetry theory,government regulation theory,and total quality management theory.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,qualitative analysis,and other research methods,it sorts out the current situation of agricultural product quality and safety supervision in Zhoukou City,analyzes the existing problems and their reasons.Through analysis and summarization,it is concluded that there are still some problems in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Zhoukou City,mainly manifested in poor departmental coordination and operation,low level of standardized production,relatively insufficient regulatory investment,low efficiency of quality supervision,and insufficient attention to regulatory objects.At the same time,focusing on the main problems that exist,the main reasons for some problems in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Zhoukou City were carefully analyzed,mainly manifested in unclear departmental functions,insufficient construction of standard systems,small financial support,low level of regulatory informatization,and weak awareness of quality and safety.By drawing on the experience and practices of foreign countries such as the United States,Japan,and France in supervising the quality and safety of agricultural products,and combining with the actual situation of Zhoukou City,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety in Zhoukou City,including strengthening departmental coordination mechanisms,implementing safety standard systems,increasing regulatory support,innovating smart regulatory methods,and strengthening law enforcement and supervision,This not only plays an important guiding role in improving the level of agricultural product quality and safety supervision in Zhoukou City,but also has certain reference significance for promoting the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in China.
