With the rapid development of economic society,people pay more and more attention to "security" on the tip of the tongue,"eat" has become the focus of people's livelihood,especially in food safety accident frequency,"Sudan red","melamine","leather milk","contraceptive crab",etc.,will be food safety to the forefront,October 1,2015,the so-called "history's most severe" implemented "food safety",puts forward higher requirements on food safety regulation.As the main component of food,edible agricultural products have drawn more attention from the society.The intensity and effect of quality and safety supervision are more related to people's livelihood and social harmony.As guangzhou one of the largest consumption of agricultural production,increase the quality of the urban area of edible agricultural products production safety supervision work has been influenced by guangzhou municipal government,the media in guangzhou,guangzhou citizens,and even the central media attention,zengcheng edible agricultural products production quality and safety supervision department responsible for the quality safety of agricultural production supervisory duties,bearing the agricultural production "eat" mission.But regulators are also facing regulatory ability insufficiency,the supervision of small scattered farmers lead to edible agricultural products such as production quality and safety supervision does not reach the designated position,this is China's edible agricultural products quality and safety production supervision general problems of the localization,specific,and many parts of the country of different degrees exist in the process of agricultural production supervision,is not an isolated case.Therefore,by studying the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural production links in zengcheng district and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures,it can provide some reference for the quality and safety supervision of agricultural production links in other regions of China.This article takes the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products production in Zengcheng District as an example,and accordingly finds a more effective supervision method to improve the supervision effectiveness.The paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research significance,the research method,the basic concept and the support theory.The second chapter is the general situation of agricultural development in Zengcheng District,the current situation analysis of the supervision and monitoring of the production link of edible agricultural products,and the analysis and brief comment on the existing problems of agricultural product quality and safety supervision in Zengcheng District.The third chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Zengcheng District.It mainly discusses from several aspects such as the lack of effectiveness of propaganda at the supervisory level,the urgent need to strengthen the supervision system,and the problems existing in the inspection system.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the quality and safety supervision experience of agricultural product production in other counties and cities,such as Japan,Taiwan,Shangluo,etc.,which brings inspiration to the quality and safety supervision of agricultural product production in Zengcheng District.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the existing problems in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products,and believes that we should start from three aspects.First,we should speed up the construction of the quality and safety supervision system for agricultural products in the production chain.Especially the introduction of professional and technical personnel and the supplement and improvement of village supervision personnel;Second,we will improve the system of supervision and inspection,including automating and socializing supervision and detection,introducing social services,and strengthening the intensity and coverage of inspection and supervision.Third,we will strengthen publicity and guidance and actively promote eco-green breeding.In the end,we summarize and refine the research conclusions of this article,including the main conclusions and the shortcomings of the research.
