Empirical Research On Promoting Enterprises’ High-quality Development By Standardization In Xi’an Economic&Technological Development Zone

As an important technical support for economic activities and social development,standards are a basic system of national governance system and governance ability and an important regulation for global governance and international economic and trade exchanges.Taking Xi’an Economic&Technological Development Zone as the research object based on high-quality development,standardization,quality managem ent and knowledge management,this paper constructs a conceptual model to study the relationship between standardization,and knowledge management,quality management and enterprises’ high-quality development.Through the questionnaire survey,with SPSS24.0,the sample data are statistically described and analyzed in terms of reliability and validity.Empirical research is conducted with AMOS22.0 for the corresponding interpretation and discussion.The countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for enterprises to implement standardization to promote high-quality development.The research shows that the implementation of knowledge standardization,as a kind of"traction",has a positive impact on the development of enterprises and the implementation of quality management,where knowledge management and quality management play a positive intermediary role.Based on the results of empirical research,it is proposed that enterprises should promote standardization in combination with knowledge management and quality management,and make overall promotion and comprehensive measures to promote enterprises to achieve high-quality development.At the same time,local governments should guide and encourage enterprises to actively participate in the formulation and revision of national and industrial standards and external standardization activities with comprehensive measures,such as tax incentives and standardization fund subsidies.It is supposed to enhance their awareness of standardization construction,knowledge management and quality management,to improve the market competitiveness and industry influence of enterprises,to strengthen the construction of standardization technical service system,to speed up the cultivation of standardization talents and establish an enterprise standardization effect evaluation system,and to establish an effective knowledge sharing network platform.In this way,enterprises have no other choices but to upgrade,so that the information support,intellectual support and policy support are eventually provided for enterprises to deal with various risks and challenges.
