| China is the earliest country in the world to grow citrus,with the use of citrus and the development of citrus industry,the formation of a rich citrus culture,of which citrus literature,art,aesthetics,folklore and other spiritual fields are the focus of citrus culture research.With the popularity of "handicrafts" and the development of "experience economy",and due to the complementarity and consistency of their value orientation,they have gradually integrated and developed into innovative expressions of various cultural projects.To this end,this paper aims to explore the new citrus format and culture in contemporary society,takes service design and fivesense experience theory as the guide,and takes citrus product handmade experience as the starting point to design the service system.The study of handmade experience system of citrus products in the service design perspective is carried out according to the following four parts: Firstly,the theoretical knowledge related to service system design and service contact is studied in depth through literature research,then the cultural resources of citrus and the ways and means of inheritance and innovation are sorted out and summarized,and finally the conceptual framework of "citrus product handmade experience system" is proposed by combining handicraft and experience economy,and the possible application of five senses experience theory is explored;Secondly,to conduct qualitative and quantitative research around three dimensions of citrus culture,handicraft experience and service experience,and to propose service opportunity points and design positioning by analyzing the current situation of related products and services and the needs and expectations of target user groups;Thirdly,based on the preliminary research,the processes and contact points in the citrus handcrafted experience system were systematically integrated,and then the service contact points were analyzed based on the five senses experience theory,and optimization strategies were proposed for the three stages of experience,while the functional design of the service system was completed;Fourthly,by synthesizing the aforementioned research results,we construct a content framework for the design practice of hand-made experience system for citrus products,complete the overall visual design and interaction design of physical and digital touch points,and conduct validation.Through theoretical research and design practice,this paper introduces service design into the handmade experience of citrus products,which is a new attempt of citrus industry in a new field.Theoretically,it summarizes the service model of the handmade experience system of citrus products,and proposes methods to optimize the service contact and improve the user experience from various levels.In practice,we have completed the practice and verification of the service design of the citrus handcrafted experience system,which provides a new idea for the optimization of citrus industry chain and a new model for the protection and inheritance of citrus culture. |
