Qiqihaer city, being as the northeast old heavy industry base with high degree of concentration on the state-owned economy , the development of private economy is relatively lagged , and the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises are slowly, in a sense, it has already restricted the development of local economy, in view of the actual condition of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in Qiqihaer city, this paper discovered it is of great necessity to make clear the entrepreneurship strategy , the core goal is to lay the solid foundation for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Qiqihaer city.This paper first introduces the writing background, the structure and the writing method, at the same time, it carries on the definition of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and proposes its innovation points. Then, it summarized the connotation and the correlation theory which emphasizes emphatically the necessity of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Qiqihaer city and its the possible pattern. Next, based on the spot investigation and study on small and medium-sized private enterprises in Qiqihaer city, it analyzes both the internal and the external environment of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Qiqihaer city, and finally discovers only by holding the opportunity and exploiting the strength can it has the possibility to realize successful entrepreneurship.
