| As the main force serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers among national financial institutions,Agricultural Bank of China has continuously innovated and improved its farmer’s financial products in recent years,especially the launch of "Huinongong e Loan",which marks the Agricultural Bank’s farmer’s credit from offline to online.AS branch belongs to a prefecture-level city secondary branch of Agricultural Bank of China.By taking advantage of the advantages of Huinong e Loan,such as unsecured credit,low interest rate and fast process,this branch quickly opened the "blue sea market" of rural households,added tens of thousands of farmers,and won more market resources.However,AS branch’s risk management of Huinong E-loan is not perfect,leading to a high defect rate of farmers,and the development of Huinong E-loan business is also greatly hindered.This paper takes AS Branch of Agricultural Bank of China AS as the research object,guided by the comprehensive risk management theory,uses literature research method,investigation method and case analysis method to identify risks in the risk management of Huinong e Loan of AS Branch in accordance with the process of pre-lending,lending and postlending,and evaluates the existing risks through the risk matrix model and Borda sequence value method.Finally,combined with the actual operation of AS branch,the paper puts forward targeted risk countermeasures,in order to help AS branch reduce the failure rate,improve the risk management level of AS branch,and promote the sustainable development of Huinong E-loan business of AS branch. |
