Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Shandong Province Under The Rural Revitalization Strateg

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that we should speed up the building of a strong agricultural country,and steadily promote the revitalization of rural industries,personnel,culture,ecology and organizations.Industrial revitalization is the top priority in realizing the overall goal of building a strong agricultural country.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development clearly states that tourism,as the main force for rural revitalization,faces the requirements of high-quality and efficient development.It is necessary to make full use of its advantages of wide coverage,strong driving force and high openness,strengthen the cross-border integration of tourism with other industries,and enhance the comprehensive driving role of tourism in other industries.We will promote highquality development of tourism and other industries.Obviously,promoting the integrated development of agriculture and tourism has become the "golden key" to enabling rural revitalization.As a major province of agriculture and tourism,Shandong Province still has a large number of rural areas lagging behind in industrial development.With the deepening of rural revitalization strategy,it has become an urgent practical problem to explore how to integrate agriculture and tourism with high quality.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The key concepts and related theories of agriculture and tourism integration are defined and explained.Based on industrial integration theory,rural revitalization theory and system theory,the development process of agriculture and tourism integration in Shandong Province is reviewed in four stages.It is concluded that Shandong Province has four major development modes: Marine pasture leisure type,rural comprehensive experience type,intelligent agriculture tourism type and industry-driven health type.Shandong Province has the internal driving force and external driving force for the integrated development of agriculture and tourism.Agriculture can promote tourism and tourism can guide agriculture.Based on the data of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2021,the entropy method was used to construct a calculation model to make an empirical analysis on the comprehensive development index of agriculture and tourism and the integration and coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province and 16 cities,and the following main conclusions were obtained:(1)The comprehensive development index of agriculture and the comprehensive development index of tourism in Shandong Province showed an overall trend of rise except in a few years,which showed the characteristics of "you catch up with each other",indicating that agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province are interacting,integrating and symbiosis;(2)From the time dimension,the development of agriculture and tourism in many cities in Shandong Province presents the characteristics of rapid growth,and from the spatial dimension,the comprehensive development level of agriculture and tourism in many cities has a large gap;(3)The relationship of agriculture and tourism integration in Shandong Province has experienced a process of harmonious evolution from mild imbalance at a low level stage to a high level stage,with the dynamic process of tourism lagging--synchronous development--agriculture lagging--tourism lagging--agriculture lagging;(4)The comprehensive development index of agriculture,the comprehensive development index of tourism and the integration and coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in many cities in Shandong Province have achieved significant improvement in time series,while in spatial dimension,the integrated development level of agriculture and tourism in different regions and among different cities in the same region presents the characteristics of imbalance and large gap.As a whole,the peninsula region has a good development,the central and southern regions of Shandong have a medium development,and the development level of the border cities in northwestern Shandong and other regions is relatively backward.(5)In the synchronous relationship of agricultural tourism among all cities in Shandong Province in 2010,2015 and 2021,there is only one city with agriculture lagging behind,while there are as many as 10 cities with tourism lagging behind,indicating that the development of agriculture and tourism in multiple cities is not coordinated,especially the development of agriculture is relatively good and the development of tourism is relatively lagging.Finally,according to the above qualitative and quantitative analysis results,the following four suggestions are put forward to improve the integrated development level of agriculture and tourism in Shandong Province:(1)strengthen regional linkage and narrow regional gaps;(2)Stabilize agriculture and promote tourism,and jointly promote the integration of agriculture and tourism;(3)Attach importance to the secondary industry and break through the development bottleneck;(4)Strengthen government guidance and build a guarantee system.
