With the transparency of the market and the homogenization of products and services,there is less profit space for enterprises.For this traditional retail enterprise,it will now face many impacts,such as the rise of e-commerce and the fierce attack of live streaming.If the traditional retail industry wants to survive in the market better,it will face the transformation of new retail.Supply chain collaborative management is the main means in the new retail industry.As a core enterprise in the supply chain and a three-level supply chain enterprise focusing on mother and child products and mother and child services,DP Mother and Child Company enhances the degree of collaboration between supply chain node enterprises and its own collaborative management capabilities,in order to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise and better play its role as a core enterprise in the supply chain.Firstly,this article reviews the domestic and foreign literature on supply chain collaborative management,summarizes the advanced supply chain collaborative management theories and research work carried out by domestic and foreign scholars;Then,it introduces the concept,theoretical basis,and other background expertise of supply chain management collaboration involved in this article.Based on the above work,this paper analyzes the current situation of the "four streams" of supply chain collaborative management in DP mother and child enterprises,and explains the impact of flow logistics,business flow,information flow,and capital flow on supply chain collaboration.From the analysis of the four streams,it is concluded that there are problems in supply chain collaborative management in DP mother and child enterprises.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the supply chain of DP mother and infant enterprises,combined with the factors affecting supply chain collaboration in DP mother and infant enterprises,and drawing on research on supply chain collaboration at home and abroad,this article selects four first level indicators: business flow order,logistics order,capital flow order,and information flow order.On this basis,14 second level indicators are selected to establish a supply chain collaboration evaluation system for DP mother and infant enterprises,By collecting and processing relevant indicator data of DP mother and child enterprises,analyze the resulting data,and identify key influencing factors and existing personality issues that constrain the degree of supply chain collaboration.In this article,we understand the importance of supply chain collaboration for enterprises through the analysis of DP mother and child enterprises.To reduce costs and increase profit margins for enterprises,improving supply chain collaboration for DP mother and child enterprises is an important way after all.Collaboration requires the integration of all resources and the improvement of coordination between supply chain node enterprises in order to ensure the stability of upstream and downstream demand supply and production operations,control internal losses,and implement supply chain collaborative management.Currently,DP mother and child enterprises have only entered the initial learning stage of supply chain collaborative management,lacking talent and a better system,lacking a supply chain evaluation system,and having a lengthy internal structure.Only by accelerating the establishment of collaborative management in the supply chain can enterprises in the supply chain be better closely integrated,jointly build unified goals,reduce the operating costs of each node enterprise,and form a interdependent symbiotic state in the market.
