A Study On The Enterprise E-Business Integration Based On Collaborative Supply Chain Management

Beginning from the middle 80's in last century , the supply chain management has been extensively applied in the enterprise field both at home and abroad, and quickly converted into motive power of the development of enterprise. At the end of 90's, the Collaborative supply chain management thought emerged as the times required , it emphasizes that cooperative partners work together in the supply chain , to deal with the customer's demand quickly and acquire the whole and biggest competitive advantage. E-business is a new kind of business operation mode that appeared with the progress of computer and network technology.Collaborative supply chain management and e-business are always closely interconnected .On the one hand, collaborative supply chain management is the correspond point and foundations of e-business impplementation,on the other hand e-business and the other applied systems of enterprise provide the technique support for the Collaboration in the supply chain. But the informatization construction in the enterprise is usually carried on stages by stages, it is common that isomerical platforms exist among all kinds of application systems and between application system with e-business system, thus the information isolated islands emerge, it is imperative that our enterprises implement e-business integration.This paper discusses basic theories on the enterprise E-business integration based on collaborative supply chain management,the system structure model and detailed measures for it's fulfillment using the theory and methods of system science, management science, economics and computer science . There are five parts in this paper:(1) Study of the summary of the literature. on the foundation of elaborating the background, the purpose and the meanings of choosing topic,I give an overview about important research direction of supply chain management and e-business,and analyze the development of e-business integration technology. (2) Discussion of the basic theories of supply chain management and e-business. This chapter discusses concept, characteristics, function etc about supply chain management ,collabrative supply chain management and e-business . and Point out supply chain management is a kind of overall strategic management thought and methods first, at the same time analyzes the cannotation and process of supply chain strategic management. I do a comparative analysis between collaborative supply chain management and traditional supply chain management ,collaborative supply chain management and e-business.
