Research On The Development Strategy Of LD Village Bank

With the gradual transformation of Chinese economic growth from high speed to high quality,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,village banks,as a rising star in rural financial institutions,are also under fierce market competition pressure.Compared with the long-standing city commercial banks and rural commercial banks,there is a huge gap between village banks in terms of technology,anti-risk ability,human resource quality and management mode.In order to ensure the steady and sustainable development of village banks,it is urgent to develop a development strategy that is tailored to the current market demand and its own actual situation.This paper takes LD village bank established in 2018 as the research object.Firstly,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of the enterprise,and the opportunities faced by the development of LD village bank are deeply analyzed from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.Secondly,through the analysis of competitors in the financial industry,suppliers ’ bargaining power,buyers bargaining power,potential competitors threats and substitutes ’ threats by using Porter ’s five-force analysis method,the threat factors that hinder the development of LD village banks are summarized.Thirdly,through the study of the current resources,capabilities and other internal factors of LD village bank,the advantages and disadvantages of the current internal environment of the enterprise are analyzed.Finally,combined with the actual situation of LD village bank,through the SWOT analysis model,IFE matrix,EFE matrix and QSPM matrix,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment of LD village bank are comprehensively compared,and the SO strategy suitable for LD village bank should be implemented,that is,the growth development strategy,in order to improve the market share and profitability of the bank,and finally realize the development vision of LD village bank.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the development strategy of LD village bank,this paper puts forward the specific implementation methods of the development strategy of LD village bank and optimizes the corporate governance structure,increases the financial security support,and consolidates the management system construction.
