The issue of mid-level management reward management is an important topic and direction for the discussion of modern enterprise human resource management.The theme of this study is the existing problems in mid-level management reward management.Mid-level management is an important manager in the enterprise,and reward has the function of motivating and retaining talent,so the research on the reward management of mid-level managers is of great significance.The optimization of mid-level management reward management is conducive to the improvement of employee performance and the development of the company.After conducting a survey of LC company,it was found that there are problems in the reward structure,unfair reward distribution,lack of competitiveness and incentives in mid-level management reward management.The main reasons for these problems are due to unclear responsibilities of managers,incomplete systems,unprofessional personnel,and non-transparent rewards.Therefore,the company needs to improve its reward management.For example,establishing a scientific reward model,clarifying reward distribution standards,and adjusting the composition of rewards can promote the solution of mid-level management reward management problems.In addition,it is necessary to improve the organization,improve the system,and enhance personnel professional capabilities to ensure effectiveness.This study is targeted because the data and information used in the analysis are all from the real feedback of LC company.This is beneficial for LC company to solve its actual problems in mid-level management reward management,but the methods used may not be universally applicable to other companies.
