| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China’s economy has shifted to a stage of high-quality development.The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that the focus of economic development must be placed on the real economy.As the main body of the real economy,industry plays an important driving role in the sound and stable development of the real economy.High-quality industrial development is the basis of high-quality economic development and the key to building a great modern socialist country.Firstly,based on the literature research on the connotation,level measurement and influencing factors of high-quality industrial development,this paper defines the connotation of high-quality industrial development,and constructs the measurement index system from six dimensions,namely,enhancement of innovation ability,improvement of operation efficiency,coordinated optimization of structure,low-carbon and green development,expansion of demand for opening up and sharing of social achievements.Then,a measure model based on PSO-BP neural network was constructed to measure the high quality development level of China’s provincial industries during 2011-2020.The reliability of the model was verified by comparative analysis.The dynamic mechanism was analyzed by the factor contribution model based on Tchaban algorithm.Then,using trend surface analysis,Theil index and its decomposition method,kernel density estimation,SOM neural network and Markov chain,this paper analyzes the spatial difference,distribution dynamics,hierarchical pattern and spatio-temporal transfer law of China’s industrial high quality development level.The results show that the level of high-quality industrial development in China is increasing year by year,and presents a spatial distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north.The driving effect of each index is in dynamic change;The overall difference of development level decreased in the fluctuation,the contribution rate within the region increased in the small fluctuation,and the contribution rate between the regions decreased in the small fluctuation.There are obvious polarization characteristics at the national level and in the central and western regions.The transfer probability of industrial high quality development level is different in different stages and different regions.Finally,according to the research results,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five aspects: technological innovation drive,industrial transformation and upgrading,expanding demand to promote open and stable growth,regional coordinated development and social achievement sharing.The results can provide decision-making reference for promoting the high quality development of Chinese industry. |
