Along with the social high-speed development,the rhythm of human living is getting quicker and quicker,and the stress is getting heavier,to promote people’s attention to health continues to improve.Which return to the natural,ecological tea estate tourism has increasingly become a hot social concern.However,As an emerging commercial mode of recreational agriculture travel,the research on Tea Estate Tourism is at its developing phase both theoretically and practically.Based on this,this study,from the perspective of tourists’ perception and tea plantation managers,Exploration of the Relation of Environmental Quality of Tourism,experience value,tourism destination social responsibility and tourists’ satisfaction.Firstly,In this thesis,we collect and analyze the documents about tourist environmental quality,experience value and social responsibility,tourist satisfaction and so on.Through the combination of literature induction and depth interview,The three-level coding of grounded theory is adopted to extract and analyze the interview text content,and the measurement index of tourism environment quality perception in tea manor is preliminarily obtained.On the basis of literature analysis,the scale is developed and modified,so as to establish the structural system of tourists’ satisfaction perception in tea manor.Secondly,according to the related literature theory,In this thesis,we propose the assumption relation between the various variables,and build the theory model between them,using SPSS25.0.The research results indicate that:(1)Tourism environment is positively related to the experience value.(2)the quality of travel environment significantly affects the satisfaction of visitors.(3)the experience value significantly influences the customer’s satisfaction.(4)The result of the intermediate effect experiment is that the experience value has some influence on the quality of the tourist environment and the degree of satisfaction.(5)Social responsibility of tourism destination has significant positive moderating effect,which shows that Tea Manor has significant positive moderating effect between Experience value and tourist satisfaction.Accordingly,the following countermeasures are proposed:In view of the above empirical results,continuously promote the high-quality development of the tea manor tourism market and comprehensively help the rural revitalization.(1)Optimize the environment to create an atmosphere and enhance the experience value of tourists;(2)Clarify the positioning of development objectives and establish the tourism brand image;(3)Actively assume social responsibilities and increase the emotional identification of tourists;(4)Enhance the infrastructure of tourist attractions and enhance tourist services;...
