With the rapid expansion of LCD panel production capacity and popularization of applications,its industrial layout has gradually shown a trend of globalization.The increase in China’s comprehensive national strength,especially the development of independent core technologies,has also profoundly affected its global industrial layout.In recent decades,the LCD panel industry has risen rapidly in China.The production capacity of major panel manufacturers has continued to increase,leading to a significant decline in LCD panel prices.At the same time,the competition in the market is becoming more and more intense because of the reduced market demand and trade frictions in recent years.By reducing costs and improving efficiency,we can increase the market share.As a crucial part of on-site management,6S management plays an active role in improving the overall quality of employees,standardizing on-site management,and improving product quality.Since the LCD panel is in a rapidly maturing and diversifying market,the paper concentrates on how to improve C Company’s CELL process line site management within the scope of 6S management.In this paper,problems in the on-site management of C Company are diagnosed.And describe the main research.And then we establish a 6S management system that meets actual needs based on the characteristics of C Company.First of all,this paper provides a brief research background of the 6S management,and describes the main research content and research methods used in this paper.It explains the importance of on-site management,demonstrates several management methods included in on-site management,and the reason why this article uses 6S management to study the CELL production line of C Company.Then it surveys the various theories used in this paper,and discusses the current study status of domestic and foreign field management,6S management,spare parts management and performance incentives.Then,it analyzes the basic situation and the current situation of on-site management of C Company’s CELL process line.Then discuss the existing problems of C Company’s CELL process line on-site management,and analyzes the reasons for the on-site management problems.In addition,based on the 6S management theory system,it sets up a 6S management working group and makes 6S solutions from the aspects of Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shitsuke and Safety.In accordance with the 6S system standards based on PDCA cycle theory,performance incentives,kanban management,fixed-point photography management,and "Three Principles" management methods;the management of spare parts in the CELL department is significantly improved.At last,this paper evaluates the benefits of the 6S management improvement of C Company’s CELL production line from the aspects of on-site environmental improvement benefits,economic benefits,and experience promotion of the production line,and summarizes and prospects.
