The Study On Spare Parts Purchasing Management Improvement Of LHNP

The development of electric power industry is the cornerstone of the national economy, which is related to the development of the three major industries. Nuclear power as a clean energy which has the character of bigger unit installed capacity and continuous stability of production capacity has been recognized by public, and nuclear power projects have begun the comprehensive construction in the coastal zone in China. By the end of January 2016, all domestic nuclear power plants include the operating and being built got a total of 54, and was gradually turning to the development of inland. Taking into account the needs of nuclear safety culture and the shareholders'investment income, how to improve the reliability of nuclear power plant operation is the most important method to improve turbine power generation capacity. In the unit maintenance and repair process, this paper puts forward higher requirements for spare parts supply.This paper begins with the introduction of the background, purpose and significance of this paper, and introduces the research methods of this paper. By the introduction of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station and progress of nuclear power plants in commercial operations, engineering construction, business development, and based on the maintenance of nuclear power plant development and spare parts procurement process, the paper points out the deficiency in the course of purchasing management in procurement demand management, supplier management, procurement management and performance appraisal management. Then it conducts a root cause analysis, combining with the theoretical tools and management demand, puts forward specific recommendations for improvement. Finally, aiming at how to make the implementation of procurement management, this paper from the staff attention, resources, system establishment and training point of view puts forward relevant methods.The research results have the constructive significance to improve Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Company's spare parts procurement management, and it has certain guiding significance to other domestic nuclear power plants in the procurement management process optimization.
