Research On The Impact Of Industrial And Commercial Capital Going To The Countryside On The Economic Development Of Modern Agricultural Park

Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,the state has put forward an era call to encourage industrial and commercial capital to go to the countryside and encourage all walks of life to participate in rural construction.The capital of industry and Commerce has become an important way to promote agricultural transformation and rural development.The capital of industry and commerce to the countryside is the requirement of the national agricultural rural development strategy and the economic development law.The capital of industry and Commerce will have a great impact on the development of rural economy.However,the practical way of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside is not completely smooth,and there are still many problems in the integration of industrial and commercial capital in the countryside.These problems are hindering the industrial and commercial capital to go to the countryside to play its role in promoting the rural economic development.Based on the theory of embeddedness,resource dependence and agricultural economic growth,this paper builds a theoretical framework and puts forward research hypotheses.Taking the main body of industrial and commercial capital in Nanjing Agricultural Park as the research object,the paper sets up multi ordered logit model and multiple linear regression model,and completes empirical analysis after collecting sample data through field investigation,It is very important to explore the factors that influence the embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital into the modern agricultural park and analyze the influence of the degree of the embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital into the rural areas.First,this paper combs the existing literature and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad.This paper expounds the embeddedness theory,resource dependence theory and agricultural economic growth theory,and builds a research framework based on this theory.It also puts forward the research hypothesis that the rural environment and the relationship between village and enterprise in the park have positive influence on the embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside,Further,the hypothesis is put forward: the embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside has a positive impact on the economic development of modern agricultural park.Secondly,this paper chooses the agricultural parks in Liuhe,Jiangning and Gaochun as the research scope,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview survey on the main business entities of industrial and commercial capital in the investigation scope.After eliminating the data missing samples,87 effective samples were obtained,and descriptive analysis was carried out to summarize the current situation of the research area and summarize the existing problems.Thirdly,the paper will support the environment of natural resources,infrastructure,social and human resources and policy;The priority is given to employ rural villagers in the park,jointly apply for projects with the rural areas in the park,rural construction assistance in the park,familiarity with the rural villagers in the park,and human relationship activities as explanatory variables,and the embedding degree of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside as the explanatory variable,and the management subject characteristics and the personal characteristics of the operators as the control variables,The logistic model of multiple order was constructed for regression analysis.The degree of embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside is regarded as the explanatory variable,and the operating income of the main business entities of the industrial and commercial capital is regarded as the explanatory variable,and the multiple linear regression is carried out.Finally,the paper concludes from the empirical analysis: 1.The rural community environment is an important factor that influences the industrial and commercial capital to enter the modern agricultural park;2.the relationship between village and enterprise is an important factor that influences the industrial and commercial capital entering the countryside into the modern agricultural park;3.the degree of embeddedness of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside is an important factor affecting the economic development of modern agricultural park.Based on the descriptive statistics and empirical analysis,this paper attempts to propose some suggestions and Countermeasures to encourage diversification of investment types,give full play to the role of government guidance,optimize the rural environment in the park and improve the cooperative relationship between village and enterprise.
