Study On The Upgrading Of Village Industrial Park Under The Economic Background Of Dawan District

Industrial transformation and upgrading is an important measure to promote China's industrialization,further adjust and optimize economic structure and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.On the basis of innovation-driven,intensive,efficient and endogenous growth,local governments should play their subjective initiative,create favorable conditions,and focus on promoting high-tech,intelligent manufacturing and electronic commerce.High-end industries such as business,vigorously promoting and developing the real economy,further promoting supply-side reform,and enhancing the core competitiveness and sustainable development of China's industrial industry are of great significance for building China into a modern economic power and realizing the Chinese dream.Under the background of the development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District and the construction of urbanization cluster,this paper takes Panyu District of Guangzhou City as the research object,and from the perspective of national economic strategic positioning,regional economic development planning,industrial structure type and social and cultural basis,deeply analyses the internal and external factors that affect the upgrading of industrial structure in Panyu District,and from the perspective of promoting villages.From the perspective of upgrading and transformation of industrial parks at the village level,the feasibility and necessity of upgrading and transformation of industrial parks at the village level are analyzed and studied,so as to promote the formation of regional economic development industrial chain of scientific research,environmental protection,innovation,culture and public welfare.On this basis,it is proposed to draw lessons from the successful experience of the development of urban industrial parks at home and abroad,further highlight the dominant position of the government,through government guidance and policy support,social participation,optimize the regional industrial structure,enhance the park and its surrounding supporting service management functions,and promote the upgrading and transformation of village-level Industrial parks.The full text consists of three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction mainly summarizes the basis(background,research significance),summary,research purpose and significance,and research methods and ideas,and introduces the research context and direction as a whole.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.First,the basic research of the theory of this paper,the theoretical innovation part of this paper,around the relationship between "industrial city integration and industrial integration" and the basic theoretical issues are elaborated.This paper mainly discusses the development relationship between industry and city,industry and productive service industry.Through the analysis and discussion of this basic theoretical problem,it lays a theoretical foundation for the following three parts.Secondly,the current situation,existing problems and development opportunities of upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks in Panyu District,focusing on the concept and practice of upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks in Panyu District,combining with the current situation and problems of Panyu District,from the perspective of world economy and domestic economic development situation,this paper analyses the external causes and development opportunities of upgrading and transformation of industrial parks.The third is the reference experience of successful park development at home and abroad.By giving examples of different successful models of industrial parks at home and abroad,this paper makes a case study of successful experiences at home and abroad,combines the geographical advantages of Panyu District and the upgrading needs of village-level industrial parks,and analyses the feasibility and necessity of upgrading and transformation of industrial parks.This paper expounds the development of upgrading and transformation of industrial parks,summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks,and puts forward its own solutions to the problems existing in upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks.In conclusion,the analysis and research of this paper are summarized,and the research prospects are also given.
