The overall objectives of the enterprise ultimately rely on each employee to realize. How to effectively manage, motivate employees, has become a new focus of attention of the theorists. On the realistic background and based on the previous part of the conclusions have been obtained, this paper proposes the following research questions:what factors affect the work of the staff of enterprise human resources performance? The influence of what is the way? What factors play a key role? Whether there is relation between these factors?In order to be able to clearly understand the influence factors of working staff of enterprise human resources performance, this paper makes a literature, combining the research data, taking Nanjing Cisco Human Resources Company Limited as the object of study, empirical research method of equation of the structure, factors extracted from staff work related, including the achievement motivation, affective commitment, continuance commitment, work pressure, mental health, in-depth analysis of the influence of these factors on the job performance of employee.The results showed, the employees continued commitment to employee job performance has a significant negative impact, enterprise employee affective commitment on employee’s job performance also has a positive effect, significant at the same time, continuous commitment also has positive effect on affective commitment; employee job stress has a negative and significant effect on mental health status; there is a positive correlation between mental health and achievement motivation, achievement motivation is an important factor affecting employee job performance, but in the model did not show it.
