With the change of the market economy,the speed of globalization is accelerating,and the competition between different industries is also more intense.In the same industry and enterprises,the original traditional product quality and product service level has been unable to meet the needs of current development.Therefore,the competition of enterprise core competence needs to be upgraded comprehensively,and transformed into the competition among the core competitiveness of products,marketing resources,enterprise culture and knowledge level.China is a big food consumer,and everyone’s life is closely linked with the development and change of the food industry.Based on this,this paper chooses T Food Co.,Ltd.,one of the representative enterprises in the leisure food industry,as the research object to explore the influence of the internal core competence index on the core competitiveness.The main business of T Food Co.,Ltd.is related to the management of leisure food,the enterprise has been established for many years.Through practical development in recent years,T Food Co.,Ltd.has gradually gained a foothold in the leisure food industry.Nowadays,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Aiming at the development of enterprises,this paper starts from the factors of core competitiveness and studies and analyzes various indicators that affect the core competitiveness of enterprises with the help of analytic hierarchy process and other relevant analysis tools.In the process of analysis,through the relevant case study,will be the size of the enterprise,management ability,marketing ability,human resources management,brand and product quality assurance capabilities,a total of nine indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation eventually concluded in the enterprise core competence evaluation system,T food co.,LTD.,in business capacity,product quality assurance ability level,the overall capacity level of capital and human resources management level and brand influence of five level is more outstanding,but the whole enterprise scale and enterprise technology innovation ability and poor corporate culture level.Can be concluded from this,T food co.,LTD.,still need to upgrade and strengthen the enterprise’s overall size and dimension of innovation ability and the enterprise culture content,other factors also need to constantly improve optimization,to improve his no T food co.,LTD.,the core competitiveness,promote T food co.,LTD.,the sustainable development of effective,provide a reference for similar domestic leisure food company.
