Research On The Core Competitiveness Of Tai Xi Washing Plant

Coal in our country, has cost advantages,and widely distributed,so for the foreseeable future, coal is still the main energy and important strategic materials. Most of the coal enterprises belong to labour-intensive enterprises in our country, resource dependence is strong. Coal enterprises face security problems,costs,resource constraints,environmental and other difficulties,an urgent need to improve the core competitiveness. Coal enterprise core competitive ability is under the pull of coal demand, companies continue to coordinate various production skills and technology,management and operation experience,etc,in order to maximize customer value as constraint,the ability to create enterprise value maximization,the core competitiveness in the enterprise competition system plays a powerful support role,to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprises play a key role, is the dominant factor of enterprise competitive advantage. At the same time,through cultivating heterogeneous system, the core competitiveness theory value ability the enhancement enterprise behavior,make the enterprise obtain sustainable competitive advantage. In this paper,on the basis of the theory of core competence,the etheric west coal washery as a case study of the competitiveness evaluation,in order to provide references for improving China’s coal enterprises core competitiveness.First,combining with the particularity of the coal industry,elaborated the influence factors of coal enterprise core competitiveness,and analyzes various factors affecting the connotation, hierarchy, as the construction of the coal industry core competitiveness evaluation index system laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) can solve the problem of the allocation of index weight,build a coal enterprise core competitiveness based on the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Third,the principle of selecting indicators and in,the thinking of the evaluation index system,respectively from the market competitiveness,technical skills,management ability,sustainable development ability and policy support five aspects of selecting evaluation index,systematically build up to five secondary indexes and 17 three indexes of too west coal core competitiveness index system,and USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the weights of every level index.Finally, the etheric west coal washery as the evaluation objects,through the calculation of evaluation system,the evaluation results of each evaluation target in the end. And according to the evaluation results,and puts forward the improving core competitiveness countermeasure for too west coal washery.
