The Research On Leisure Agricultural Competitiveness Of Changsha

Based on agriculture, supported by science and taking ecology as the selling point, leisure agriculture is booming. In recent years, Changsha aiming to build "the first city of leisure agriculture" has seized the opportunity of "urban-rural integration" and two-oriented society construction and promoted the development of social transformation by actively cultivating and guiding leisure agriculture, which maintains Changsha’s leisure agriculture a strong momentum of development and provides strong driving force for rural economy.Changsha is rich of leisure agricultural resources. How to translate superior resources into competitive is an issue which Changsha should take into account for the future development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, the basic concept of leisure agriculture competitiveness (LAC) is proposed in this paper after referring to a large number of relevant literatures. The use of economics, tourism, sustainable development theory and methods, analyzes the theoretical basis and factors affecting the competitiveness of leisure agriculture. Employing Porter competitive model, Bowstring Arrow model and combining the reality of leisure agriculture development, several relevant indicators are selected. The evaluation model is constructed from five aspects:resource, market, relevant supportive industries, supportive polices and management. Finally, in accordance with certain principles to build a set of casual agricultural competitiveness evaluation index system.Through the quantitative analysis among the three cities:Changsha, Chengdu, Nanchang, it is concluded that the comprehensive ranking of competitiveness of the three cities’ leisure agriculture, Chengdu is located in the first, Changsha second, Nanchang third, which is analyzed comprehensively. The factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture of Changsha are puts forward. Finally, the future development of leisure agriculture in Changsha should pay attention to the ten aspects: government supporting, marketing promotion, capital investment, industrial development, personnel training, environment protection, revealing resource value, cultivating brand, supporting services factors, which will ensure the development of Changsha’s leisure agriculture being sustained and healthy.
