Study On Interest Linkage Mechanism Of Artichoke Industrialization In West Dongting Management Area

The West Dongting Management District has vigorously promoted the Korean thistle industry as the main industry in the region.However,in recent years,the contradiction between the leading enterprises and farmers of the Korean thistle in the West Dongting Management District has become increasingly prominent.How to resolve the contradictions between them has always been the problem of the industrial development of the West Dongting Management District.For example,in the process of industrialization of Korean artichoke,it can not be avoided that farmers default,farmers are dissatisfied,and participation is low,which seriously restricts the industrialization process of Korean artichoke in the West Dongting Management District.The beneficial connection of Korean thistle industrialization is the core of the industrialization of Korean thistle.In the process of industrialization of Korean thistle,the benefit linkage mechanism is the key factor for the success of the industrialization of Korean thistle.The West Dongting Management District wants to make this industry bigger and stronger in the future.Is the distribution of benefits reasonable? It is related to the success or failure of artichoke industrialization.At present,the relationship between the interests of artichokes in the West Dongting Management Area is diversified.The industrialization of artichokes in the West Dongting Management Area should gradually establish and improve the relationship between the interests of the leading enterprises and farmers of artichokes.The interests of them are more closely linked and stable,and the "risk sharing and benefit sharing" is truly achieved,thus promoting the industrialization of the Korean artichoke.In this paper,the research on the benefits linking mechanism of thistle industrialization mainly includes the following aspects: The related theories of agricultural industrialization interests linking are expounded,and the development patterns of agricultural industrialization interests linking at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.This paper puts forward the inspiration of the development of the benefits linking mechanism of domestic agricultural industrialization to the benefits linking mechanism of artichokes industrialization in the West Dongting administrative area.This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and bottleneck of the benefits linking mechanism of artichokes industrialization in the West dongting administrative area,and points out the problems such as the weak competitiveness of artichokes leading enterprises,the low performance rate of contracts,and the instability of production.In view of these problems,in light of the actual situation in the West Dongting Administrative District,we need to optimize the participation of interests in the main body,strengthen the government’s macro-control,set up a special project fund for artichokes,and strengthen the construction of laws and regulations.Five aspects of improving the social service system of artichokes are put forward.
