| At present,China’s rural development still faces the problems of relatively backward agriculture,low industrial integration,lack of talents and insufficient dynamic energy,which have become the outstanding shortcomings restricting the modernization of the country.In recent years,the idea of developing field complexes has emerged and become a good solution to the "three rural" problem.Since the 2017 Central Document No.1proposed to support the development of "pastoral complex",pastoral complex has been widely developed across the country,but on the whole,China’s pastoral complexes have been developed for a short period of time,lack of experience and the existence of more constraints,and need to take multiple measures to promote their healthy and sustainable development.XCMA Pastoral Complex Company was established in 2012,after more than10 years of development,in terms of operation and management,its development is still influenced by the former agricultural professional cooperatives and other business and management models,which is difficult to adapt to the current development situation of rural economy and society,and XCMA Pastoral Complex Company has never been able to develop a business strategy suitable for the long-term development of the company.Therefore,it is significant to study and promote XCMA Pastoral Complex Company to form a long-term and reasonable business strategy.By studying the business strategy of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company,summarizing and promoting relevant experience,promoting the deep integration development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,realizing rural revitalization and industrial prosperity,and concentrating on building a model of Pastoral complex.Based on the theory of business strategy management,this paper takes XCMA Pastoral Complex Company as the research object,and uses field survey,literature research,model analysis and other research methods to systematically study the five aspects of its business status,business environment,strategy selection,strategy implementation and strategy guarantee as the main line.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company to find out the problems existing in the company ’s operation,and lays a foundation for the formulation of business strategy.Secondly,the external environment of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company was analyzed by using PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model to find out the opportunities and challenges of the company,and by analyzing the EFE External Factor Evaluation Matrix,it was concluded that the current operation of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company is basically able to make good use of the external opportunities and avoid some threats and challenges faced by the enterprise.Thirdly,through the analysis of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company’s internal resources and capabilities,as well as through the analysis of IFE Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix,it is concluded that the company’s internal conditions have certain advantages and development potential,so the company should further consolidate and enhance the internal advantageous factors,improve the internal disadvantageous conditions,and further improve its business development.Fourthly,based on the theory of low comparative interests in agriculture,the SWOT Matrix Fixed Point Analysis can be used to conclude that XCMA Pastoral Complex Company must adopt diversification strategy,and then with the help of the analysis results of QSPM Matrix,it can be seen that it is appropriate for XCMA Pastoral Complex Company to adopt diversification strategy of related business.Fifthly,the specific implementation path of XCMA’s diversified management strategy is proposed: integrating project resources to develop pan-tourism industry;developing special plantation industry to cultivate advantageous agriculture;expanding "digital technology +" agriculture to extend agricultural industry chain;tapping traditional cultural elements to develop special field culture;relying on Yellow River countryside culture to cultivate high-quality agricultural tourism brand,etc.Sixthly,with regard to the safeguard measures for the implementation of the diversified business strategy,it is recommended to start from the five aspects of organizational structure,human resources,culture,system and ecological environment optimization to ensure the smooth implementation of the business strategy of XCMA Pastoral Complex Company. |
