One of the important goals of enterprise development is to continuously expand the share in the market and increase the income of the enterprise,and the sales link is the core part of the development process of the enterprise,which directly affects whether the enterprise can achieve the expected goal.It can be seen that sales personnel play a pivotal role in the operation and development of enterprises.The compensation system of sales personnel is scientific and effective,which can maximize the potential of sales personnel,achieve the expected goals of the enterprise,and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises need to continuously improve and optimize compensation system based on actual situations,motivate sales personnel,and promote sustainable development of the enterprise.This study takes the compensation system of JL Company’s sales personnel as the research object,firstly,comprehensively collects and masters the compensation related information of JL Company,and through literature analysis,sorts out relevant research literature at home and abroad to determine the core concepts involved in this study;then,the Equity theory,the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the Two-factor theory are summarized and analyzed to provide theoretical support for JL’s compensation problem diagnosis;after that,various research methods such as interview and questionnaire are used to analyze the problems and challenges currently faced by JL Company in terms of sales personnel compensation system,such as unreasonable compensation structure,decoupling of performance evaluation and performance compensation,and lack of competitiveness in compensation.In response to these types of issues,specific plans and guarantee measures for optimizing the sales personnel compensation system of JL Company are proposed based on the actual situation of JL Company.The compensation system is optimized from aspects such as job analysis,basic compensation,performance compensation,and welfare compensation.The optimization plan proposed in this study systematically solves the problems in the compensation of JL company’s sales personnel,which is conducive to mobilizing the work enthusiasm of JL company’s sales personnel,improving employee compensation satisfaction,and promoting JL company’s sustainable development.
