Commercial banks,as an important part of financial institutions,have been popular with job seekers in the past.However,in recent years,with the support policies of the state for entrepreneurship,the rise of network technology entrepreneurship,and the reduction of the attractiveness of traditional jobs,the banking industry is also faced with serious staff loss and job supply exceeds demand.Previous studies have shown that the most important factor affecting employees’ turnover intention is their salary satisfaction.In addition,employees’ self-efficacy also affects employees’ turnover intention to a certain extent,and as a kind of belief at work,self-efficacy plays a regulating role in employees’ work behavior.Therefore,this paper takes the employees of NJ Bank in Nanjing as the research object,and finds that the main reasons for employees’ turnover intention are their dissatisfaction with salary and lack of work confidence,i.e.low sense of self-efficacy.To investigate pay satisfaction and self-efficacy on the role of employee turnover intention,reduce employee turnover intention,this article on pay satisfaction,self-efficacy and quit intention based on concept definition and relationship analysis,through the questionnaire survey,investigation and data collection for NJ bank employees,then SPSS22.0 using statistical software for data analysis.The empirical results show that :(1)salary satisfaction and its various dimensions have a negative impact on employees’ turnover intention.(2)Self-efficacy has a negative impact on employee turnover intention.(3)Self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between salary satisfaction and turnover intention.When the salary satisfaction is high,the higher the self-efficacy,the lower the turnover intention.The research conclusion verifies that salary satisfaction and self-efficacy have a negative impact on the turnover intention of NJ Bank employees,and self-efficacy plays a moderating role.Therefore,the countermeasures of NJ Bank to avoid employee turnover are put forward from four aspects:improving employee salary satisfaction,improving enterprise salary management level,enhancing employee self-efficacy and perfecting enterprise employee dimission management mechanism.It is of practical significance for commercial banks to reduce brain drain,ensure the stability of internal structure and maintain the steady development of banking employment.
