At present,there are 12 national joint-stock commercial banks and nearly 150 urban commercial banks in China.Since the CBRC released the policy of cross-regional operation of banks,a large number of foreign banks have flooded into the domestic market.All kinds of signs indicate that competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce.Agricultural and Commercial Bank C is a small and medium-sized commercial bank.It has been recognized by the people of C city for its advantages of customer trust accumulated over the years and flexible products relative to state-owned banks.However,in the past two years,the rapid emergence of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank has hindered the development of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank,which has had a huge negative impact on the operation and development of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank.Therefore,it is urgent to study the issue of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank's turnover.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of C Agricultural Commercial Bank's enterprises and the situation and specific distribution of staff turnover in recent years.Subsequently,the interview method and the questionnaire method were used toconduct detailed investigation and analysis on some former employees and on-the-job employees of C Agricultural Commercial Bank respectively.Through the statistics and analysis of the interview and questionnaire survey data,the main reasons for C Agricultural Commercial Bank's high turnover rate are summarized,including single salary and reward,imperfect promotion mechanism,heavy work pressure,difficulty in balancing the relationship between family and career,imperfect training and learning mechanism,etc.Finally,aiming at the main reasons,the paper puts forward feasible countermeasures to the turnover problem faced by C Agricultural Commercial Bank,including making reasonable salary system and caring for employees' mental health.In a word,this paper deeply understands the causes and characteristics of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank's resignation,combs the problem of resignation in an all-round way,puts forward solutions to the problem,reduces the losses caused by staff resignation of C Agricultural and Commercial Bank,and achieves the goal of sustainable and steady development.
