In recent years,the competition in the financial industry has become increasingly fierce,and commercial banks are facing tremendous pressure and many challenges in the process of business model transformation.As an important resource for the company,employees play an increasingly significant role in promoting the sustainable development of the company.Under the highly developed background of the capital market,the normal flow of employees can contribute to the full utilization of human resources.However,with the entry of foreign banks,the number of domestic financial units is increasing,and the turnover rate of employees has begun to increase significantly.Some commercial banks It is also facing more serious staff turnover issues,especially rural commercial banks.JN Rural Commercial Bank was established in 1994(previously co-organized with the Agricultural Bank of China).The development of the JN Rural Commercial Bank has also begun to face the predicament of a high turnover rate of employees.Between 2015 and 2016,the number of resignations in the unit totaled as many as 300.The departure of a large number of employees has caused the close attention of the leaders of the head office.The object of this study is 6 sub-branches established by JN Rural Commercial Bank,focusing on analyzing the turnover of employees in these sub-branches.Through questionnaire surveys,the causes of employee turnover tend to be investigated,and then based on these reasons,the investigation and reduction of JN Rural Countermeasures of Employees' Turnover Tendency in Commercial Banks.This paper takes JN Rural Commercial Bank as a research sample.In view of job satisfaction,it has a significant predictive effect on turnover intention.It investigates the status of job satisfaction and turnover intention of JN rural commercial bank employees through questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS statistical software to explore The relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,explore the controllability influencing factors of employee turnover from the perspective of job satisfaction,analyze the main reasons for the employee's intention to leave employment,and raise the job satisfaction of JN rural commercial bank employees based on the reasons.Program measures to reduce the turnover tendency of JN rural commercial bank employees,encourage and retain outstanding employees,and increase employee loyalty and professionalism.At the same time,it provides reference for the relevant bank companies to reduce employee turnover intentions and promote the sustained and healthy development of the banking industry.
