Study On The Selection Of Farmers’ Production Outsourcing And Its Effect On Production Efficiency

Our country is a big country of agricultural production,grain output ranks first in the world,developing agricultural socialized service is to ensure national food security,promote agricultural high-quality development and accelerate the construction of a powerful country of agriculture,the inevitable choice to realize rural agricultural modernization.The agricultural production of our country is facing the double pressure of the output and the quality not up to the standard and the low benefit,caused the aging of the rural labor force and the problem of insufficient labor force.So,how can rural areas ensure that the reduction of people does not reduce production,increase production and quality? The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has stated that it will continue to promote the high-quality development of agricultural socialized services by developing a variety of trusteeship models and promoting the common development of diverse subjects,further solve the“Who to farm,how to Farm” problem.How to effectively solve the organic connection between farmers and the big market has become the focus of the state and the academic circles while vigorously developing the new-type main body of agricultural management and promoting the transformation of traditional agriculture to modernization.In this study,464 data were collected from Horqin Left Back Banner,Horqin Left Middle Banner and AR Horqin Banner corn farmers.Based on farmers’ behavior theory,labor division theory and transaction cost theory,this thesis first analyzes the factors that influence farmers’ outsourcing choice by using Bivariate Probit Model Secondly,the stochastic frontier analysis method is used to calculate the production efficiency,and finally,the endogenous transformation model is used to analyze the impact of farmers’ outsourcing choice on production efficiency,furthermore,we can distinguish the heterogeneity of the impact of different types of farmers and different production links outsourcing on production efficiency.The results show that the number of years of education,agricultural technology training,the number of household labor force,planting scale,agricultural income,agricultural machinery and distance from the county seat all had significant effects on the outsourcing of production links.and the selection of production link outsourcing could significantly improve the maize production efficiency,the proportion of technology-intensive link outsourcing is higher than that of labor-intensive link outsourcing,and large-,medium-and small-scale farmers can improve corn production efficiency by outsourcing production links,the promotion effect on production efficiency is as follows: large-scale Farmers >medium-scale Farmers >small-scale farmers.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: improving the socialized service system of agriculture,improving the service level of agricultural production,increasing the investment in rural education,improving the cultural quality of farmers,strengthening the extension and training of agricultural technology,we will promote farmers’ specialized production,propagandize large-scale farming and promote moderate-scale agricultural operations.
