| The scientific and timely analysis and formulation of the enterprise development strategy determines the future development and market layout of the enterprise to a certain extent,and plays a decisive role in the development positioning of the enterprise.In particular,since 2019,domestic engineering consulting enterprises have been affected by the epidemic and the increased competitiveness in the domestic market has led to frequent changes in real estate policies and a continuous downturn in economic vitality.At the end of 2016,the Central Economic Work Conference for the first time put forward the concept of "housing is for living,not for speculation",referred to as "housing is not speculation",and thus promoted the deepening of the reform of engineering consulting industry qualification.Under the influence of "no speculation",there is little research on the development strategy of engineering consulting industry,especially the development strategy of small and medium-sized engineering consulting enterprises.Therefore,this paper will design the company’s development strategic goals and policies from the perspective of the future development of enterprises,to provide the strategic development direction and research ideas for similar small and medium-sized consulting enterprisesIn this paper,HZ Engineering Management Consulting Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as HZ Company)as the research object,by using "PEST" to analyze the environment of the enterprise,and then use "five forces model theory" to analyze the competitive relationship of the enterprise,and finally use "SWOT" to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Combined with the author’s practical work practice and experience,the development strategy of HZ company is discussed with strategic development analysis method.Then,HZ company finally confirmed the strategic choice based on growth strategy,and analyzed and elaborated the strategic implementation factors and safeguard measures respectively,and systematically formulated a reliable strategic choice for the development of the enterpriseThis article is divided into six components,which are described as follows: First,it fully expounds the background and purpose of this strategic research,and points out the basis and framework of theoretical analysis.Second,from the perspective of the process and current situation of the enterprise,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the actual environment faced,the development environment of the enterprise is analyzed,and the development strategy of the enterprise is identified and studied.Third,detailed identification of the problems existing in the enterprise,and the basic situation.Fourth,combined with the research and analysis of the current situation and environment of company,the specific development strategic positioning is put forward and clear choices are made,and the strategic objectives and safeguard measures of the enterprise are defined.Fifth,the strategic support conditions and safeguard measures are clarified from the aspects of corporate strategy,business strategy,management mode,human resources and so on.Sixth,the conclusion and prospect are expounded,and we hope that the strategic analysis theory,method and conclusion of this paper can have reference opinions and functions for small and medium-sized consulting service enterprises in formulating development strategies... |
