Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Satisfaction Of Herdsmen’s Participation In The Basic Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Damaoqi, Inner Mongolia

In recent years,due to the rapid economic and social development of our country and the continuous progress of urbanization,the problem of population ageing has become more and more prominent.Because of the backward development of pastoral areas,and the influence of a large number of young and middle-aged people going out for work,pastoral areas to provide for the aged presents a great practical problem.The introduction of the old-age insurance system is an important embodiment of the herdsmen’s sharing of the fruits of economic and social development.It is also an important Huimin County project to solve the problem of providing for the aged in pastoral areas of our country.In 2012,our country basically achieved full coverage of the new rural social old-age insurance system,but full coverage of the system does not mean full coverage of eligible herdsmen,and herdsmen’s satisfaction to the basic old-age insurance of urban and rural residents affects the decision-making of Herdsmen’s insurance.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the satisfaction of herdsmen in order to provide universal coverage of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural herdsmen of the right age and share the fruits of reform and development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the herdsmen’s satisfaction to the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents.So what are the factors affecting the urban and rural residents of the basic endowment insurance satisfaction? Therefore,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,this paper takes herdsmen as the research object,through the analysis of the basic old-age insurance system of Damao banner,a questionnaire was distributed to herdsmen to investigate the satisfaction of urban and rural residents with basic old-age insurance,and a binary Logistic regression model was established,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of herdsmen’s satisfaction to the basic endowment insurance of urban and rural residents.Age,physical health,education,family income,the standard of government subsidy,the degree of pension security,the way of pension qualification certification and the staff’s service attitude are the significant factors that affect the herdsmen’s satisfaction to the basic pension insurance of urban and rural residents.Age,family income,education level,general understanding of policy,government subsidy standard,old-age pension security level,service attitude of the staff of the management organization and the herdsmen’s satisfaction are positively correlated,there is a negative correlation between the degree of physical health,the way of pension certification and the satisfaction of herdsmen.Finally,in view of the above influencing factors,it is put forward that: to do a good job in rural revitalization,increase the family income of herdsmen;We should widen subsidy channels,increase government subsidy input,improve incentive mechanisms and increase herdsmen’s enthusiasm to pay fees.With a view to improving the basic pension insurance of urban and rural residents in Damao Qi herdsmen to participate in the satisfaction,so as to further enhance the level of old-age security.
