| Since the people’s commune was officially established in 1958,the management system of rural collective assets has been formally established,and the operation and development of collective assets and the reform of rural system have also begun to explore.The reform of rural collective property right system is a measure at the institutional level of clarifying the ownership of collective ownership in China in recent years.The purpose of its implementation is to deepen rural reform,accelerate agricultural modernization and improve the basic socialist system in order to achieve common prosperity.Since the opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on steadily promoting the reform of rural collective property rights system(hereinafter referred to as the opinions)was issued in2016,China has made detailed plans for improving the power of shares and revitalizing collective assets,and also divided the responsibility subjects in the reform.After the 19 th national congress,under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the reform of rural collective property right system rose to a new stage.This paper focuses on in-depth research on the reform of rural collective property right system by means of field investigation,literature retrieval and empirical analysis.Firstly,it straightens out the basic categories of rural collective economic organizations,rural collective assets,rural collective property right system reform,satisfaction level,rural collective property right system reform satisfaction,and forms a theoretical analysis framework according to the relevant knowledge of property right theory,institutional change theory,principal-agent theory,customer satisfaction theory and so on.As an important link connecting the country,countryside and farmers,the logical research of collective economic organization reform is the inevitable need to study the development and reform of rural grass-roots management in China under the rural background.Therefore,this paper analyzes the impact of the theoretical logic and practical logic of rural collective property right system reform on Farmers’ satisfaction.Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation of the rural collective property right system reform in Linxiang City,summarizes the satisfaction status of the rural collective property right system reform in Linxiang city from four aspects:individual and family situation,the distribution of collective assets,the comprehensive situation of collective organizations and the expectation of farmers,and points out the problems affecting the farmers’ satisfaction with the rural collective property right system reform in Linxiang city.Thirdly,build a regression model,rely on 423 valid questionnaire data in Linxiang City,use SPSS software to carry out multiple ordered logistic regression,and analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction with the reform from four aspects:individual and family characteristics,equity and land characteristics,collective characteristics and expectation,It is concluded that the factors significantly related to the satisfaction with the reform of rural collective property right system in Linxiang include the satisfaction with the allocated share of collective assets,the publicity effect of the policy,the frequency of participation,the working ability of village cadres,the role played by village cadres and the expectation of collective economic development,and the reasons for the results are analyzed.Finally,it makes a conclusion analysis and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the satisfaction of rural collective property right system reform. |
