Research On Farmers' Satisfaction And Influence Factors For Joint-stock Reform Of Rural Collective Property

The joint stock cooperative system of rural collective assets is a reform and great innovation to the existing family contracted responsibility system.It is significant for the effective implementation of collective property system and safeguard of farmers' rights and interests.Meanwhile,it is also important to promote the reform of the rural property right system and urban-rural integration.Faced with this,the farmers,as stakeholders of the reform,whose approval is necessary for a successful reform,play an important role in this reform.Therefore,this article,after completing the analysis framework for farmers' satisfactions and its influencing factors with related theories and practice,summarized the present situation of the reform in Zhejiang province and analyzed the factors using field survey data form four counties and cities of Zhejiang province with econometric model(O-logistic).After that,some suggestions are put forward based on the results to deepen the reform in Zhejiang even China.The main research process is as follows:(1)Completed the analysis framework for farmers' satisfactions including “reform model"," reform process","reform result" with institutional change theory,property right theory,theory of democratic participation and policy evaluation theory and practice in reform,then selected some indicators like "collective share Settings","equity transfer","consultation” “dividend" and so on.(2)Summarized characteristics in four stage of reform in Zhejiang("spontaneous exploration","guide and encourage","advance steadily and orderly" and "comprehensive development")and tendency like quantifying the operational assets?setting members' share only and solidifying them?completing rights?achieving separation between politics and economy and so on.(3)Made an empirical analysis to the influence factors of farmers' satisfaction using field survey data of 204 peasant households from Ningbo?Jiaxing?Huzhou and Lishui of Zhejiang with orderly regression model(O-logistic)and put forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the result analysis.According to the results,the degree of democratization in the reforming process,whether the policy can promote the growth of collective economic,which decides the current or expected return for farmers,and other factors as region and personal characteristic will affect farmers 'satisfactions.Thus,this article put forward following suggestions.Firstly,the authority should release more reform dividend or let the farmers feel confident for the collective economy development.What's more,high participation and transparency is useful to enhance the satisfactions.Last but not least,all the relevant farmers' demands and options should be taken into consideration.
