Study On The Development Strategy Of Lily Industry In Longshan County Under The Background Of ’One County One Special’

The development of county characteristic industries is an important starting point to achieve county economic growth and rural revitalization.The strategic plan for rural revitalization issued by Hunan Province points out that it is necessary to guide the development of ’ high-end and small-scale ’ characteristic agriculture in accordance with the development ideas of ’ one county,one special ’ and ’ one special and one piece ’ to realize the industrial revitalization of villages and strong counties.This paper takes the development of lily industry in Longshan County under the background of ’ one county and one special ’ as the research object,using field investigation and questionnaire survey and other research methods,combing the basic conditions and development status of lily industry in Longshan County under the background of ’ one county and one special ’.Population,nature,policy,history,market and other basic conditions are superior,and industrial scale,regional layout,marketing mode,brand construction and other aspects have achieved certain results.Based on the survey results,the industrial chain of Lilium in Longshan County was combed,and it was found that the development of Lilium industry in Longshan County had problems such as backward infrastructure construction,prominent diseases and insect pests,variety degradation,and serious processing pollution.Starting from the internal environment and external environment of lily industry in Longshan County,the reasons for the lack of development are analyzed in depth.It is considered that the natural environment,government support,industrial standardization,technical personnel and other factors affect the development of lily industry.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of lily industry in Longshan County under the background of ’ one county and one special ’ : one is to strengthen government support and improve the industrial development environment;second,to ensure food quality and safety,promote industrial standardization production;third,speed up the training of technical personnel,pay attention to the cultivation of business entities;fourth,strengthen brand building,strengthen brand strategy;fifth,strengthen infrastructure construction,consolidate the foundation of industrial development;six is to increase market development,strengthen market supervision.It provides reference for other regions to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and develop ’ one county,one special ’.
