Waving dance is a representative traditional sport of the Tujia and also a symbolic culture of the Tujia.In 2006,Waving Dance was identified as one of the first national intangible cultural heritages by the State Council.The campus traditions of the intangible cultural heritage is a kind of economic and effective way of ideal inheritance,in order to grasp the primary and middle schools in longshan county waving dance inheritance,strengthen primary and middle school campus culture atmosphere,carry forward the excellent traditional sports culture,developing students’ body quality,improving the efficiency of the inheritance of waving dance non-material cultural heritage.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the inheritance content,inheritance form,inheritance conditions and effectiveness of hand waving dance in primary and secondary schools in Longshan County,and to analyze the existing problems and causes.The results are as follows:(1)The forms of inheritance of waving dance in primary and secondary schools in Longshan County mainly include teaching of waving dance in physical education and health courses,extracurricular activities,school cultural activities,waving dance competitions,and waving dance festival performances.(2)There is an imbalance in the construction of teaching staff for the inheritance of waving dance in primary and secondary schools in Longshan County.Most of the teachers are middle and young teachers with intermediate titles,and there are big loopholes in the professional training of waving dance,the number of external successors and the number of participants in scientific research projects.The venue and facilities of Waving Dance can basically meet the requirements of school teaching,competitions and big break activities,but the venue of some schools is limited to a certain extent,which reflects some problems in the aspect of funding.(3)Longshan County primary and middle schools have made remarkable achievements in the inheritance of waving dance.Longshan Indigo School is taken as the base school of waving dance.The school conducts training on the skills and cultural knowledge of waving dance and has written teaching materials for waving dance.The schools have achieved good results in the three aspects of the number of students learning the dance,mastering the techniques of the dance,and participating in performances and competitions.(4)There are some problems in the inheritance of waving dance in primary and secondary schools in Longshan County,such as inadequate implementation of relevant national policies,unbalanced overall quality of teachers,systematic teaching content and textbooks,insufficient and unbalanced funding,and insufficient strong traditional cultural atmosphere on campus.In order to improve the campus inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of waving hand dance,it is proposed to improve the position of ethnic culture and improve the guarantee of policies and regulations.Strengthen the training of teachers and organize the training of professionals;Give play to regional ethnic characteristics and strengthen the construction of characteristic teaching materials;Perfect the system of competition activities,detonate the transmission of passion;Increase professional funds investment,reasonable use of site facilities;Implement "big break" activity,create campus cultural atmosphere and other countermeasures.
