| The world today is constantly changing and evolving.The human being in the 21 st century is in an unprecedented complex environment,and enterprises are also growing in this environment.With the impact of globalization,foreign-funded enterprises have advantage on human capital,so more and more Chinese enterprises realized the important role of human resources in the competition tide between enterprises.Various types of enterprises are required to have the strategic vision,understanding the importance of human capital,and human resources is the key to create and maintain the core competitiveness in enterprises.From senior managers to ordinary employees must be responsible for the Human Resources Management of company.It is important to develop a human resource management strategy that reflects the company’s reality from a strategic perspective,emphasizes the importance of employees to the company,strives to manage specific resources such as human capital.Approach employees from a new perspective,to explore,develop,and retain the ability of employees.Based on this,this study takes Guangzhou Hengyun East District Heating Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and carries on the research to its talent strategy.This paper focuses on the analysis of the status on human resources management of Guangzhou Hengyun East District Heating Company,using literature review method,questionnaire analysis,system analysis and other methods to study the company’s human resources management problems,and improvement methods.From the perspective of human resource management theory and management,this paper analyzed the influence of corporate development policy environment,development planning,organizational structure,technical level and other factors on human resource management.This paper expounded from various angles that the employees’ generally shortcomings in the company,the structural differences in the staffing,the former poor management ideas,the unfavorable management environment,the lack of synchronization with other business management behaviors,the poor performance under the current system and the reasons thereof,and has formulated the detailed implementation measure as well as the safeguard human resources strategy implementation. |
