| Poflin shopping center ltd. invested by Shandong Supply&Market cooperatives is established in 2002 in Shandong Province, belonging to Shandong Supply&Market cooperatives and including six large shopping centers, Shandong Tianxin Real Estate Ltd. and Shandong fireworks ltd. at the same time. There are many types of business forms in Poflin, including hypermarkets, department stores, real estate development and construction, fireworks sales and so on. With the development of Poflin, human resources management doesn’t match corporate strategy development under increasingly fierce competition, leading to a series of problems. It proves that the current human resources management model needs to be improved.This article will focus on Poflin’s problems in terms of human resources management model. By combining theories about human resources management and practices in companies, this article means to find out the reasons of these problems and come up with reasonable proposals from the point of view of enterprises especially from modules of human resources management.By the way of literature studies and questionnaire survey, the paper draws the following conclusions:Poflin’s human resources management can’t match the company’s overall development strategy, human resource management is facing a series of problems; the company’s human resources management model needs to be changed into more active and innovative management methods on the basis of the existing management, forming a new mode which has a distinctive style of the enterprises and improving the flexibility of the management model; the company must guarantee that the improved human resources management system be effectively taken into actions ultimately, and the following aspects of work should be taken into actions:improving the structure and management of the organization, establishing Poflin’s unique corporate culture, increasing the company’s resources, strengthening cooperation in different sectors, building outstanding professional team, clearing business processes and so on.This study not only will help Poflin improve its human resources management to build core competitiveness which can be used in the fierce business competition. At the same time, the conclusions of this study will provide a reference template as guidance for other companies in the industry when improving human resources management model. |
