Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In Fenghua

Food is our survival necessity,everyone in the world needs food.Food safety is closely related to people's livelihood,our country has attached great importance to food safety in recent years,and carries it out as the main work.Over the years,the economic level of our country has risen very rapidly,the life of people is gradually getting better,the quality of life has been greatly improved.With the rapid growth of the economy,the food and beverage industry in China has also developed rapidly,the number of people eating out of home is also rising year by year.Various types of food and beverage outlets of all sizes continue to emerge,the catering industry has formed a diversified pattern,which meets the needs of people of different food,different tastes.But along with the scale of food and beverage industry is growing,the hidden danger of food safety is increasing,because of its own characteristics,there are a lot of security risks,at the same time,because the food and beverage food safety supervision has some difficulties and problems,it brings greater challenges to the regulation.Food safety incidents often happened in the food and beverage industry,which is one of the most concerned problems.As an important part of food safety regulation,the catering industry is the last part of the whole food chain,foods enter directly into people's mouth,so the regulation of the industry is very important,which is directly related to people's health and food safety.In this paper,the research object was selected as food safety supervision in Fenghua,based on the theory of public management,taking Fenghua city as a case,focusing on the analysis of three aspect: food and Beverage Safety Supervision System in Fenghua City;Fenghua food and beverage food safety supervision of the effectiveness of food and;Beverage Safety Supervision in Fenghua City,carrying out a systematic analysis for problems cause by the lack of Fenghua food and beverage food safety supervision of regulatory resources,widespread violations of food and beverage operators and food and beverage business units lack of supervision of social media and other issues,meanwhile time learn from the experience of food safety supervision,putting forward countermeasures of improving food safety supervision in Fenghua in aspects of improving the supervision system of food safety in Fenghua,strengthening food safety supervision,strengthening food and beverage safety technical support,strengthening food and beverage public opinion monitoring and early warning information release mechanism,etc.,in order to solve the existing problems in the supervision of food and beverage safety and provide decision reference for the government.
