| Along with the rapid development of economy and high new technology,there are three obvious development trends in the development of manufacturing enterprises: First,the diversified demand for small batches and multiple varieties of products has become the norm in the market;Secondly,less manpower and automation in the manufacturing process have become the development trend;Thirdly,manufacturing management is gradually changing from traditional extensive management to lean and systematic;Along with these three major trends,the proportion of equipment and other fixed assets in the total assets will be higher and higher,in order to cope with problems may appear in enterprises,the company’s production and operation model is gradually innovating,the advanced management concept and management mode,such as lean manufacturing,lean operation and so on are welcomed and praise highly by more and more enterprises.Factories production and operation mode are also transforming to lean manufacturing factories with less waste and faster delivery,Lean methods and work have been rapidly promoted.In the equipment-oriented manufacturing enterprises,TPM as an effective management tool to improve equipment performance,has been widely used.This thesis starts from the relevance,research background and application value and briefly analyzes the development status of TPM activities at home and abroad.And take the SMT division of G company as the research object,deeply investigate the current situation of equipment management in the SMT division,find out the pain points in equipment management,and then analyze the root causes of the pain points.Based on TPM,design the equipment management improvement plan of the SMT division,and establish a guarantee system to prevent the occurrence and spread of equipment failure problems.The research idea of this paper follows the vein of "investigation-problem analysis-improvement plan-safeguard measures”.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis method,analyzed the equipment management of SMT BU,in order to get a deeper understanding of its equipment status and management mode.In terms of specific research methods,targeted interview analysis are comprehensively adopted in the problem collection stage in order to collect equipment management issues;In the problem analysis stage,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to analyze the current situation of equipment management;In the stage of formulating improvement measures,the equipment maintenance process and information application shall be formulated according to the principle of PDCA cycle to ensure that the scheme can maximize the overall efficiency of equipment.At the same time,some management inspirations are given,which provides reference for more enterprises to apply TPM method: First,the publicity and training in the process of TPM management implementation are helpful to help employees understand the TPM management concept and create a TPM management system.The development environment is very important,which has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up activities;The support of the company management for the development of TPM management is a very important factor in determining the success of TPM management;The implementation of activities through the internal project discussion in the group has improved the staff scientific thinking ability,organizational coordination ability and teamwork awareness;... |
