| Digital agriculture is the fundamental driving force for the development of modern agriculture and rural economy.It is the only way to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources and realize agricultural digitalization and sustainable development of agriculture.To vigorously promote the development of digital agriculture is of great significance to improve the overall benefit of China’s agriculture.At present,our country agriculture in the important stage of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,in the process of agricultural digitization,will encounter all kinds of difficulties,the main obstacles are: insufficient investment in agricultural science and technology,low digital independent innovation ability,digital technology promotion,production connection,related policy is not perfect,the lack of agricultural digital,etc.As a rapidly developing agricultural science and technology company,A company is also facing development problems in the digital era.It needs to combine the current development status of the company to make full use of and integrate agricultural resources to realize digital development,which is also the inevitable trend of the common progress of enterprises and modernization.This paper is based on SWOT-AHP analysis to study the digital development strategy of Company A.Firstly,it explains the background,significance and methodology of digital development research.According to the enterprise strategic management theory,competitive strategy theory and sustainable development theory,this paper sorts out and summarizes the relevant research data of the influential factors,development mode,development dilemma and development strategy of digital development.Then,by means of questionnaire survey,the current situation of Company A’s digital development is analyzed to understand the problems existing in Company A’s digital development,and a detailed understanding and analysis of the digital development environment of Company A was conducted to study the macro,micro and internal environment of Company A.The evaluation matrix of internal and external factors was constructed as the basis for the subsequent study of the digital development of the company in the thesis.Subsequently,the SWOT-AHP analysis was applied to calculate the strength of each factor affecting the digital development of Company A,based on the calculation results,the company’s strategic positioning was determined,and the QSPM matrix was used to evaluate alternative strategies and propose a suitable digital development strategy for Company A.Finally,based on the WO torsion strategy,the digital development strategy and safeguard measures of Company A are proposed to provide reference for enterprises to solve relevant problems.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following strategy implementation strategies and safeguard measures:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation of digital development of company A,it is found that company A has weak digital independent innovation ability,insufficient digital investment,and digital talent team construction.Relative lag,low application efficiency of digital technology,etc.These problems restrict the sustainable development of Company A and need to be addressed in a targeted and effective manner.(2)By analyzing the internal and external development environment of Company A,and based on the actual development situation of Company A,we selected the WO reversing development strategy for Company A,that is,seizing external opportunities to reverse its own disadvantages.(3)Planning for company A’s digital development strategy,formulating goals and strategies,and focusing on strengthening quality and brand awareness,improving the digital level and ability of employees,building a green industry ecological development model,and strengthening information security management.safeguards have been put forward. |
