Research On The Evaluation Of Provincial Innovation Driving Forces And Promotion Path

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and many problems have emerged,such as a huge waste of resources and great damage to our environment.In the face of limited resources and urgent environmental problems,it is urgent to change this economic development model.In recent years,innovation has become the main driver of world economic growth,and many countries attach great importance to innovation and development,and improve their competitiveness in the international community through innovation and development.Since 2012,the Chinese government has repeatedly mentioned the innovation-driven development strategy.As China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a new normal with high-quality development as the main theme,the innovation-driven development strategy plays a more important role in optimizing industrial structure,environmental protection and resource allocation,and promotes China’s economy to develop to a higher quality.First of all,this paper combs the connotation,evaluation index,promotion path and related basic theories of innovation drive through literature research.Secondly,the evaluation index system is constructed from the perspective of innovation-driven development,and the driving force of provincial innovation is evaluated from four aspects:innovation subject,innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment.Thirdly,taking 26 provincial administrative units as the research object,based on this evaluation system,using entropy Topsis method,from the way of innovation subject,innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment,the comprehensive innovation driving force evaluation and sub-index innovation driving force evaluation and analysis are carried out for these 26 provinces and cities respectively,so as to clarify the innovation-driven development level of each province and city,and cluster analysis is carried out by SPSS according to the evaluation results;Finally,according to the provinces and cities with weak levels of innovation and development,this paper puts forward different development suggestions to enhance the driving force of innovation.
