| After the epidemic,state-owned enterprises not only bear profit responsibilities,but also political and social responsibilities.Under such circumstances,the demand for state-owned enterprises to become stronger and better is even more prominent.To better fulfill their responsibilities and shoulder their duties in becoming stronger,state-owned enterprises must pay more attention to strengthening corporate culture,improving employee dedication and enhancing core competitiveness through corporate culture.Therefore,this study takes the analysis of the impact of corporate culture on employee dedication from various levels of corporate cultural factors and takes measures to improve corporate culture construction as a starting point.Based on a review and summary of literature on the culture of state-owned enterprises,employee dedication,and the relationship between the two,combined with the actual work characteristics of Company D,the enterprise culture is divided into four levels(spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material)according to the concentric circle model of corporate culture.With employee dedication as the dependent variable,the four levels of enterprise culture are taken as the independent variables,and employee basic information is taken as the control variable.A multiple linear regression model of the relationship between enterprise culture factors and employee dedication is established.The empirical research of state-owned enterprise Company D was conducted through a questionnaire survey on the four levels of enterprise culture and employee dedication Q12,and the survey results were analyzed using SPSS26 software.Through correlation analysis,it was found that the four levels of enterprise culture factors were positively correlated with employee dedication,consistent with the hypothesis proposed by the author regarding the relationship between enterprise culture factors and employee dedication.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it was further analyzed that the degree of influence of the four levels of enterprise culture on employee dedication from high to low is: material level,institutional level,spiritual level,and behavioral level.Through variance analysis and t-test,it was found that employee information variables such as job level,age,work time,and education have a significant influence on the various levels of enterprise culture.Combining the influence of employee basic information on various levels of enterprise culture,the following measures to improve employee dedication are proposed from the perspective of improving corporate culture construction: optimizing material distribution,smoothing promotion mechanisms,refining local spirit,and improving communication channels,as well as proposing supporting measures such as team building,strengthening institutional rigidity,and establishing operational mechanisms.After the implementation of these measures,the conclusions were verified,and additional measures were proposed based on the verification results,including increasing incentives,improving logistics support,deepening institutional interpretation,and adjusting department evaluation and cooperation. |
