Research On Finance Integration Under Financial Sharing Mode

In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic economy,emerging information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing have played an unusual role in economic development.Many large groups,in the process of continuously expanding their enterprise scale under the new situation,inevitably face practical problems such as decentralized group management and complex business,The existence of these situations forces enterprises to improve their financial management capabilities and levels to meet development needs.In the context of the rapidly changing information technology era,the construction of financial sharing centers and the integration of industry and finance by group companies on the wave of technology has become one of the directions for group companies to seek financial transformation strategies.To achieve the strategic goal of integrating industry and finance,the group needs financial sharing to provide basic system support,helping the financial management activities of the enterprise extend from post analysis to pre prediction and in process control,thereby improving the timeliness and accuracy of business decision-making to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for enterprises to promote the modern strategic development of industry finance integration under the financial sharing model.This article selects Company A as the case study object,using literature research and case study methods.This paper first sorts out the relevant theories of industry finance integration,and then explains that industry finance integration under the financial sharing mode refers to an industry finance integration mode with financial sharing as the development path.Financial sharing is the foundation and foreshadowing of industry finance integration,and then explains the necessity and general implementation methods of industry finance integration under the financial sharing mode.Secondly,this article takes typical enterprises that implement the integration of industry and finance under the financial sharing model as the case study object,and reforms and constructs the financial sharing system due to the financial management difficulties faced by Company A.The foundation of financial sharing construction provides convenient conditions for enterprises to promote the integration of industry and finance in the later stage.Subsequently,a deep analysis was conducted on the implementation method of the integration of industry and finance in the case company under the financial sharing model,and the implementation effect was evaluated,believing that its practice was successful.Of course,some problems inevitably arise throughout the entire process.In response to these problems,this article also proposes corresponding optimization suggestions,which can provide practical reference case value for other enterprises that want to promote the integration of industry and finance under the financial sharing model.
